In 2004, from a dream of Francesca, Giovanni and Alessandro, the Valenti cellars were born. Located on the north east side of the Etna volcano, on lava soils that present themselves as an oasis in the middle of the desert.
The land, partly terraced, is between 600 and 1000 meters above sea level. The plants, all native, take root among the stones and the splendid brooms.
The vines are strictly Nerello Mascalese, carricante, catarratto, nerello hood and Grecanico. The cellar rises from the ashes of an ancient distillery and oil mill of 1890, preserving all its beauties.
